| New Project: Frugal Book Reviews |
I've decided to start a new project. I'm going to review several of the popular frugal books. I will evaluate the books on the following criteria:
- Originality-Do the books offer new or creative advice? Or, is it just repeating the same old thing.
- Flexibility- How easy is it for a single person to adjust the recipes, etc given in the book to fit their needs.
- Worth it- Is the book worth purchasing or even worth your time reading it?
And because I've always wanted to Siskel and Ebert, I will rate the books on a scale of 1 coupon-4 coupons. 1 being the worst and 4 being the best.
Books I plan on reviewing:
- Not Just Beans (older version of Living on a Dime)
- Tightwad Gazette (probably the complete one)
- Miserly Moms
- Shop, Save and Share
Any one have any other book suggestions?Labels: book reviews |

Oh, I'm so excited about the frugal book reviews! I own Tightwad Gazette I and II, and love them, so I'm very excited to hear how the others compare.
